General Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on hotel equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, Painting, sanding, plastering, drywall installation.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests, housekeeping, and front office and other hotel departments.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory for engineering operations.
• Monitor pool chemicals, pumps, filters, and heating systems.
• Conduct landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes, hotel standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance or repair work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and safely.
• Document maintenance activities, equipment status, and repairs performed.
• Assist with energy management, cost control, and sustainability initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
