The General Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, HVAC, and electrical work.
Pay Rate: $31.20 per hour total compensation

Working Environment:
Work takes place in a commercial facility. May be exposed to weather when servicing rooftop units, etc. May be exposed to loud noises, heat, dust, and fumes due to equipment and machinery.
