We’re Hiring: General Manager – Lead the Future of Event Tech!

Join a leading event technology company that’s transforming live experiences—from immersive activations to interactive installations. We’re looking for a General Manager to oversee operations, drive growth, and lead our teams in delivering world-class events.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across departments including projects, client servicing, technical, and creative.
• Lead and mentor teams to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery of events.
• Handle budgets, forecasting, and profitability for projects and the business.
• Drive business development, client relationships, and partnerships.
• Oversee event planning, logistics, and post-event reporting.
• Work with tech teams to bring innovative event solutions (AR/VR, NFC, interactive displays, etc.).
• Track KPIs and improve processes for better performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior-level experience in event management/tech (live events, experiential, or event tech).
• Strong track record in event activations and client-facing roles.
• Experience with tech-driven event solutions is an advantage.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage large projects and teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Business acumen with P&L management experience.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
• Knowledge of event software, hardware, or emerging tech tools.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market.
