Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Event & Marketing Manager with Business Development expertise to lead our corporate events, branding initiatives, and business setup advisory activities. This role combines event strategy, marketing leadership, and investment facilitation to drive business growth, brand visibility, and strategic partnerships.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Management

• Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, and networking forums.
• Develop event strategies aligned with business and branding objectives.
• Secure sponsors and manage event budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure flawless delivery.
• Oversee logistics including registration, production, and on-site management.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and performance analysis.

Marketing & Branding

• Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote events and enhance visibility.
• Manage digital marketing (social media, content, email marketing, SEO).
• Develop marketing collateral (brochures, promotional content, branding).
• Build relationships with media, influencers, and PR agencies for coverage.
• Track industry trends and competitors to adjust strategies.

Business Development & FDI Advisory

• Support international clients in business incorporation and company formation across Dubai and UAE free zones.
• Liaise with government authorities, free zones, and legal advisors to streamline FDI processes.
• Provide guidance on regulations, licensing, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of business advisory and setup activities.

Partnerships & Communications

• Act as the primary point of contact for sponsors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Build strategic alliances to drive event success and business growth.
• Ensure consistent internal and external communications aligned with brand identity.
• Foster long-term relationships with members, clients, and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in event management, marketing, or business development.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale corporate events and marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and brand promotion strategies.
• Familiarity with company formation in Dubai/UAE and FDI procedures is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with CRM, analytics, and marketing tools preferred.
