General Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and versatile General Manager to take charge of our daily operations and long-term growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can manage sales, operations, HR, finance, and marketing, ensuring that every aspect of the business runs smoothly. This is a leadership role for someone ready to take ownership and lead a talented team to the next stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales strategies to expand client base and increase revenue.

• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities.

• Operations Management

• Oversee production schedules, quality control, and project delivery.

• Optimize operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards.

• Human Resources & Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team.

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training.

• Build a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.

• Financial Management

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

• Oversee cost control measures and ensure profitability.

• Marketing & Brand Presence

• Guide the company’s social media, digital marketing, and website content.

• Maintain a consistent brand message aligned with the company’s values.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a senior operations, general management, or similar leadership role.

• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or related industries preferred.

• Strong business acumen with skills in sales, operations, and finance.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and make sound, strategic decisions.
