Position Overview
We are seeking a highly capable and versatile General Manager to take charge of our daily operations and long-term growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can manage sales, operations, HR, finance, and marketing, ensuring that every aspect of the business runs smoothly. This is a leadership role for someone ready to take ownership and lead a talented team to the next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales strategies to expand client base and increase revenue.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Oversee production schedules, quality control, and project delivery.
- Optimize operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards.
- Human Resources & Team Leadership
- Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Build a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Oversee cost control measures and ensure profitability.
- Marketing & Brand Presence
- Guide the company’s social media, digital marketing, and website content.
- Maintain a consistent brand message aligned with the company’s values.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a senior operations, general management, or similar leadership role.
- Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or related industries preferred.
- Strong business acumen with skills in sales, operations, and finance.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and make sound, strategic decisions.
