General Manager

The General Manager (GM) will oversee all operational, financial, and strategic aspects of the company within the textile sector. The role requires strong leadership, extensive knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, and experience managing production, quality, and supply chain operations. The GM ensures the company meets its business objectives, maintains high product quality, and sustains growth in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all departments including production, quality control, procurement, sales, marketing, and HR.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and profitability.
  • Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Oversee supply chain management, including sourcing raw materials, vendor management, and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality certifications (ISO, Oeko-Tex, etc.).
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and prepare reports for the executive team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in textile products, production processes, and market expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and key staff to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience in supply chain, logistics, and inventory management in the textile sector.

Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
