General Manager

he General Manager (GM) serves as the second-in-command to the CEO, overseeing the company’s daily operations and ensuring business goals are achieved. The GM will manage teams, implement strategies, and drive profitability while maintaining operational excellence. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring leadership, business acumen, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Strategy

• Act as the right hand to the CEO in executing the company vision and business plan.
• Translate the CEO’s strategy into actionable goals for operations, sales, and growth.
• Provide leadership and direction to department heads and staff.

2. Operations Management

• Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Establish and enforce company policies, processes, and standards.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

3. Financial & Profitability Oversight

• Manage budgets, costs, and resources effectively.
• Ensure profitability by monitoring margins, sales performance, and expenses.
• Share responsibility for business performance through a 10% profit share incentive.

4. Team & Culture Development

• Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing staff.
• Build a positive, accountable, and high-performance company culture.
• Resolve conflicts, motivate employees, and encourage collaboration.

5. Stakeholder & Client Relations

• Represent the company professionally with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Maintain and grow key business relationships.
• Support business development and customer satisfaction efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in a leadership or management role (General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar).
• Strong business, financial, and operational acumen.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: ₹21,688.82 - ₹45,351.68 per month
