What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute business strategies to expand freight forwarding operations.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, agents, and key clients.
  
• Oversee imports, exports, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery processes.
  
• Manage budgets, P&L, pricing, and vendor negotiations to ensure profitability.
  
• Recruit, train, and lead teams across operations, sales, and documentation.
  
• Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and implement best practices.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  
• 8–12 years of freight forwarding experience, with at least 4–5 years in a senior leadership role.
  
• Strong industry network with carriers, agents, and clients.
  
• Proven track record in business development and P&L management.
  
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
