Position Overview
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the location, including the car wash, fuel station, and emissions. This individual will ensure customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and employee development while maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Satisfaction

Foster a customer-centric environment with a strong focus on satisfaction.

Promptly identify and resolve customer concerns and complaints.

Ensure all employees understand and deliver on the Car Spa customer service standards.
Team Management

Supervise and support all location staff, including car wash and emissions employees.

Hire, train, and develop team members and managers to improve performance and build bench strength.

Maintain adequate staffing levels while minimizing turnover.

Optimize labor by scheduling based on volume and business needs.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, policies, and updates.

Promote a positive, professional, and compliant work culture.
