Role Overview
We are hiring a General Manager with scaffolding sales experience to lead business growth and manage client development. This role is sales-focused, with additional responsibility for overseeing key accounts and ensuring targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives and bring in new business.
• Build strong relationships with major clients.
• Ensure monthly revenue and sales goals are achieved.
• Supervise a small team and coordinate with operations.
• Represent the company in meetings and negotiations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of scaffolding experience in a sales/managerial role.
• Excellent communication and leadership ability.
• Proven record of business development.
• UAE driving license is a plus.
