General Manager

About the Role:

We are hiring a General Manager to lead operations, sales, customer relationship management (CRM), and site coordination for our ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple departments, manage client relations, coordinate legal and administrative matters, and ensure smooth functioning of all project-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams across Sales, CRM, and Administration.
  • Handle client interactions, including legal matters, mediations, and settlements.
  • Coordinate with government offices, lawyers, vendors, and external partners for project and documentation requirements.
  • Supervise site operations, including material inventory, security (guards), housekeeping, and logistics management.
  • Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency, compliance, and timely completion of tasks.
  • Support senior management in planning and implementing company strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 8–10 years in real estate management or construction operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in handling legal coordination and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel to different cities for business and project coordination.

Work Schedule:

  • Days: 6 days/week (One weekly off other than Saturday and Sunday)
  • Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
