General Manager

A reputed textile manufacturing unit in Delhi, specializing in weaving and dyeing, is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager (GM) to oversee end-to-end operations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Manage production, quality control and factory operations.
• Lead teams in weaving and dyeing departments.
• Ensure efficiency. timely delivery, and cost optimization.
• coordinate with management for strategic growth and client satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS;

• Minimum 10-15 years experience in textile manufacturing (weaving/dyeing).
• Strong leadership, planning and operational skills.
• Technical knowledge of Modern textile manufacturing (weaving and dyeing).

• technical knowledge of modern textile machinery preferred.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi.

LOCATION; Delhi (Factory based role)

SALARY; Commensurate with experience.
