Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth

• Shape and execute the company’s long-term growth strategy across operations.
• Lead business planning and performance reviews to ensure alignment with corporate vision and market opportunities.

Operational Management

• Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes, systems, and service delivery standards.
• Lead a diverse, multi-site workforce, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Business Development & Concept Expansion

• Lead the creation, launch, and positioning of new concepts.
• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
• Build partnerships that enhance brand value, market presence, and long-term competitiveness.

Financial & Performance Oversight

• Monitor operational and financial performance, ensuring sustainable profitability and strong business fundamentals. Oversee budget planning, cost optimization, and resource allocation.

Leadership & Culture

• Empower teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Represent the company externally, strengthening relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in F&B or hospitality industry. Familiarity with GCC markets is preferred.
• Strong background in concept development and operational execution.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in multicultural environments.
• Deep understanding of regional F&B trends. Prior exposure to luxury hospitality or fine dining is a plus.
