Qualification : Graduate /Post Graduate (MBA/ Civil Engineer/ Mechanical Engineer)

Experience Required : Minimum 10 Years

Salary Range : As per Industry Standard

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Identify and evaluate new tenders / projects for business growth and monthly Business Development prediction.
• Achieve revenue growth, sales and billing recovery targets as per Annual Operating Plan.
• Submit monthly billing plan, MIS, MPR, Progress Chart and Delay Analysis reports on time with required accuracy levels.
• Execute projects within approved budgets & timelines and ensure site work is progressing as per schedule.
• Monitor site execution works through site engineers and ensure timely defect rectification and maintenance closure.
• Coordinate and interact with Clients, Consultants and Contractors for planning, scheduling, documentation and approvals.
• Manage site mobilization /set-up, resource planning and ensure timely delivery of required project materials.
• Ensure timely certification of site bills, invoice submission and follow up for payment collection to maintain positive cash flows.
• Prepare and maintain all contractual communication, claims, back costing, cost control projections and site documentation as per norms.
• Submit additional claims / rework / LD claims and maintain claim submissions between 2% to 5% of contract values.
• Resolve project / site / contractor / vendor related issues within stipulated time and escalate major issues to management.
• Manage vendor compliances, vendor payments issues and resource management at site.
• Optimize designs (Civil / Electro-Mechanical) to improve project profitability and post-order margins.
• Carry out Internal and Third Party / Client inspections and ensure compliance to quality standards.
• Provide weekly management reporting regarding site progress, critical issues, risk points and cash flow status.
• Develop and retain team by maintaining proper organogram, guiding site engineers and ensuring performance improvement.
• Conceptualize, formulate and implement systems and process improvement/up gradation for overall operational excellence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
