General Manager

Define and execute the business strategy: growth plans, market expansion, service diversification in oilfield water-jetting, pump rental/sales, robotics.

Operate P&L responsibility: set targets, manage budgets, forecast, monitor performance. Lead operations: oversee project execution, field service teams, rental fleet, pump manufacturing/packaging, logistics, QHSE compliance.

Manage business development & commercial: identify key accounts (oil majors, EPCs, tank-cleaning, marine yards), develop proposals, negotiate contracts, build partnerships.

Ensure HSE, quality and regulatory compliance: embed safe work practices, manage risk and maintain high standards in hazardous areas (offshore, petrochemical, ATEX zones). Build and develop the team: recruit, train, mentor senior managers (operations, BD, QHSE, finance), create high-performance culture.

Drive operational excellence: optimise processes, reduce cost, improve margins, leverage technology and automation in services.

Promote the brand and customer experience: maintain strong client relationships, deliver service excellence, grow market share.
