Now Hiring: Store Manager – Wienerschnitzel

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated Store Manager to join our Wienerschnitzel team. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain smooth daily operations.

Compensation:

• Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour
• Schedule: 40 hours per week
• Overtime: Additional 10 hours per week available

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations
• Lead, train, and support team members
• Ensure excellent guest service and food quality
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cash handling
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous management experience (restaurant preferred)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Must be dependable and able to work a flexible schedule
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Base Pay:

$25/hr × 40 hrs/week = $1,000/week

• Overtime Pay:

Overtime rate = $25 × 1.5 = $37.50/hr
$37.50/hr × 10 hrs/week = $375/week

• Total Weekly Pay:

$1,000 + $375 = $1,375/week

• Annual Pay:

$1,375/week × 52 weeks = $71,500 per year
