We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our IT Entity specializing in Microsoft Dynamics solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic leadership, business development, and team management within the technology sector. This role requires expertise in ERP and CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, combined with strong sales acumen and the ability to drive regional and global expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

As General Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s strategic direction to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. This includes developing and implementing annual business plans focused on revenue growth, operating income, and profitability.

You will lead business development and sales efforts for Microsoft Dynamics, SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, and Analytics solutions. Your role will involve identifying new market segments, significantly expanding the customer base, and achieving KPIs and budget goals through effective go-to-market strategies.

In addition, you will recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation. Operational responsibilities include overseeing brand development, customer acquisition, and positioning the company in regional and global markets, ensuring timely delivery of projects with the highest quality standards.

Finally, you will nurture key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with a strong focus on ERP/CRM solutions (Microsoft Dynamics expertise required).
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of SaaS, Cloud Services, and Analytics.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and scale organizations from startup to growth stage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED40,000.00 per month
