General Manager

Need a General Manager who has good experience working in Garment Manufacturing Industry.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow across production, quality, merchandising, HR and administration, while driving growth, efficiency, and profitability

Responsibilities:

1. Production & Operations Management

Oversee end-to-end production planning, execution, and on-time delivery.

Coordinate with cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments.

2. Quality Control & Compliance

• Ensure all products meet required quality standards and buyer expectations.

3. Merchandising & Client Coordination

• Order planning, approvals.
• Coordinate with clients/buyers for production updates and issue resolution.

4. Costing & Budget Management

• Analyse production costs and ensure profitability on each order.
• Reduce wastage, improve efficiency, and control operational expenses.
• Coordinate with accounts for budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.

Eligibility & Skills Required

• 4–10 years of experience in garment manufacturing (preferably women wear).
• Strong knowledge of production planning, factory management, quality systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage large teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
