We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, hotel management, and food service management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction while managing staff, budgets, and inventory effectively. The General Manager will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
• Oversee food service management, including menu planning, food safety compliance, and banquet operations.
• Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize resources.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining quality services.
• Train and develop staff through ongoing training programs to enhance skills and performance.
• Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels for smooth operations.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the hotel or food service industry.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and budgeting practices.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams effectively.
• Experience in training development and employee performance management.
