Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement strategic goals, operational frameworks, and growth initiatives for the construction division.
- Project Oversight: Lead planning, execution, and delivery of all construction projects, monitoring performance, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, cost control, profitability, and financial reporting; participate in contract negotiations and bid processes.
- Operations Management: Ensure compliance with quality, safety (HSE), legal, and environmental standards; implement best practices and continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead project managers, engineers, and site teams; foster a high-performing, collaborative culture.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers; ensure client satisfaction.
- Risk Management: Assess and mitigate project risks; ensure adherence to company policies and cultural values.
- Reporting: Regularly report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), project status, and financial performance to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Must be Civil Engineer/Engineer with more than 10yrs UAE experience.
- Extensive experience in construction management and leadership.
- Proven track record in project delivery, financial management, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
