Our business partner operating in the Automotive Spare Parts Sector is looking for a ' General Manager' .

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in the automotive spare parts industry

• Strong track record in general management with full P&L ownership

• Proven commercial background: sales growth, market development, strategy

• Broad business understanding across core functions (Finance, Operations, HR, Supply Chain)

• Outstanding leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills

• Fluent English

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead grow operations end-to-end

• Shape and execute the commercial strategy for both domestic & export markets

• Own the full P&L and drive sustainable, profitable growth

• Build strong relationships with key customers and unlock new market opportunities

• Oversee daily operations across Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and HR

• Boost efficiency through continuous improvement and smart decision-making

• Manage budgets, forecasts and critical financial KPI's

• Inspire, coach and empower a high-performing team

• Represent the organization externally and strengthen our market presence
