General Manager - Onsite - Karachi

Hiring for one of our Telecommunication company in Karachi.

Job Responsibility:

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across two growing organizations: a leading VoIP telecommunications provider and a software development and tech-talent company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sales, Onboarding, Tech Support, Billing, Purchasing, Finance
• Manage development teams and drive product improvements
• Ensure high-quality server, telecom, and VoIP infrastructure operations
• Monitor call quality, route performance, and customer satisfaction
• Manage Sales, Recruitment, and Finance teams
• Oversee delivery quality and client satisfaction
• Support growth of the software development and tech-talent business
• Lead cross-functional teams and daily operations
• Implement processes, KPIs, and operational discipline
• Drive strategic initiatives and improve efficiency
• Report directly to company leadership and provide executive-level visibility

Qualifications

• 20+ years of leadership or operations management experience
• understanding of tech environments
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple departments simultaneously
• Problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

Other Details:

Experience: 18+ years in the field of Operations, Management, Client dealing

Location: Bahadurabad Karachi.

Timings: 12pm to 9pm

Salary: Market competitive with Good list of benefits.
