General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee overall business operations, drive strategic growth, and ensure operational excellence. The General Manager will be responsible for managing teams, optimizing performance, and achieving company objectives while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

·        Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments

·        Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals

·        Lead, mentor, and manage department heads and staff

·        Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control

·        Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards

·        Establish and enforce operational policies and procedures

·        Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities

·        Manage vendor, client, and stakeholder relationships

·        Prepare and present performance reports to senior management/owners

·        Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and efficiency

·        Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field

·        MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage

·        Minimum 8–12 years of managerial experience, including senior leadership roles

·        Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

·        Proven experience in budgeting, financial management, and operations

·        Ability to work under pressure and meet organizational targets

·        Experience in the GCC/Qatar market
