About the Role
Deyar Specialized Limited is seeking a highly skilled and strategic General Manager to lead our operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring extensive technical and managerial expertise in geotechnical and civil engineering services, with a strong track record in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery in geotechnical and laboratory testing
• Drive business growth, operational excellence, and profitability
• Manage teams, client relationships, and project performance
• Implement and maintain compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Develop strategic plans aligned with company objectives
• Oversee budgets, resources, and overall financial performance

Technical Requirements

• Minimum Master’s Degree in Engineering
• Strong experience in Geotechnical Engineering & related laboratory testing services
• Previous experience working within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Solid knowledge of KSA regulatory and market environment

Preferred Skills

• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to influence, drive change, and deliver results
• Business development experience is an advantage
