Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is a locally owned and operated Qdoba Mexican Eats franchise, with locations in WI, IL, and IA. Celebrating 28 years in business, we are based in Milwaukee and currently operate 62 locations within the territory, making us the largest Qdoba franchisee nationally. We pride ourselves on serving up bold flavors and offering an environment with beautiful and distinctive decor. MR Chicken LLC is a locally owned and operated Dave's Hot Chicken franchise, currently operating 11 locations in Wisconsin with plans for more very soon. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining fast, accurate service that models excellent hospitality
• Maximizing store sales goals while managing a budget, including participation in marketing
• Overseeing catering and strategizing to increase sales
• Training, monitoring, and reinforcing food safety procedures
• Managing food and labor costs
• Managing and maintaining safe working conditions
• Managing crew member employees in a manner that encourages them to grow with the company and reduces turnover, initiating appropriate corrective action when necessary
• Interviewing and hiring team members
