Job Summary

Accurate Line Real Estate Survey Services LLC is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee and lead the company’s operations, business growth, and team management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, solid experience in real estate or land surveying services, and a deep understanding of the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall business operations and strategic planning

Drive business development and revenue growth

Manage and oversee surveying projects to ensure quality and timely delivery

Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and authorities

Lead, train, and manage technical and administrative teams

Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and industry standards

Oversee budgeting, expenses, and financial performance

Improve operational efficiency and internal processes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in surveying, engineering, or real estate services

Proven experience in a senior management or leadership role

Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and local market practices

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively

UAE driving license preferred
