We are looking for a General Manager (m/f/d) to take ownership of our operations and growth strategy. You aren’t just overseeing departments; you are shaping the company’s future. Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with company goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute growth strategies, budgets, and business plans to meet revenue and operational targets.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor department heads and team leads, conduct performance reviews, and foster a high-performing culture.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage company budgets, forecasts, and KPI tracking to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and senior management.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all company activities comply with local laws, regulations, and internal policies.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 8+ years in senior leadership roles, ideally as General Manager, Operations Manager, or Business Director, with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and driving growth.

Strategic Mindset: Strong business acumen, decision-making skills, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable results.

Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication, mentoring, and team-building abilities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Mindset: Pragmatic and results-oriented. You know when to push initiatives, when to delegate, and how to deliver sustainable outcomes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼45,000.00 - ﷼60,000.00 per month
