General Manager

Elegancia Arabia is looking for a seasoned General Manager to lead and scale our Fit-Out Division in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a commercially astute leader with deep operational expertise and a proven ability to deliver large-scale, high-value projects across the Kingdom.

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational performance, and financial success of the fit-out business unit. This includes full P&L ownership , project delivery oversight, business development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the division’s growth strategy aligned with company objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within KSA’s fit-out and construction market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders

Operational Management

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timeline, and cost control
• Establish and enforce best practices in project management, procurement, and execution
• Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement across all functions

Financial Oversight

• Full accountability for P&L performance , budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions where necessary
• Ensure commercial success of projects, including contract negotiations and risk management

Project Delivery Excellence

• Lead the successful execution of mega projects in KSA , ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards
• Mitigate risks and resolve complex project challenges proactively
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards

Team Leadership

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project and operations teams
• Foster a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability
• Support talent development and succession planning

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• 15–20 years of experience in the construction/contracting industry , with significant exposure to fit-out projects
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale (mega) projects in KSA
• Strong expertise in project management, commercial management, and P&L ownership
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams
• Deep understanding of the Saudi construction market, regulations, and client landscape
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• Currently based in Saudi Arabia
• Experience working with Tier 1 contractors or leading fit-out firms
