We are looking to hire a General Manager that can provide leadership and foster a team building environment in the establishment. This includes but not limited to overseeing the day to day operations of the business, understanding food cost, labor projections, scheduling, how to read and understand P&L’s, truck ordering, communicating and administering company policies and procedures, being in compliance with OSHA and local health department regulations and executing exceptional guest services. Overall making our guest feel like it’s the best experience they have ever had!!

Basic Job Functions

  • Effectively and efficiently operate establishment following the best practices of the Company and Brand standard
  • Manage scheduling and labor to ensure optimal productivity and great service
  • Truck ordering and maintaining proper level of inventory
  • Hiring, onboarding and retention of crew members and management team through motivation, recognition, coaching and development
  • Set performance expectations and monitor training process to ensure quality training
  • Developing and maintaining positive relations with the surrounding community through effective marketing
  • Require operational excellence
  • Analyze metrics and reports to identify opportunities and create an action plan
  • Adhering to all company food safety, cash handling and operational policies
  • Recognizing outstanding work performance, providing necessary constructive feedback help team to learn and grow
  • Maintain monthly Budgets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
