General Manager

We are looking for a highly capable General Manager to lead all aspects of our manufacturing operations. As a key member of the executive management team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our production, engineering, project management and business development functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering background and a proven ability to lead, achieving measurable growth and exceptional team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

• Oversee and manage all operational activities to ensure products are delivered on time and to high-quality specifications.
• Monitor and improve production efficiency, resource utilization and cost control measures.

Engineering Oversight:

• Provide leadership to engineering teams, supporting product development, process improvement and innovation.
• Review and approve technical plans, designs, and system integrations.

Strategic Planning & Business Development:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and increase revenue.
• Identify new opportunities for growth, including partnerships, product lines or geographic expansion.

Project Management:

• Lead major projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage external vendors and contractors as needed.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Implement and maintain effective quality control systems and continuous improvement practices.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Build and lead a high-performing team across departments such as production, engineering, logistics and support services.

Financial Management:

• Manage departmental budgets, forecast expenses, and monitor financial performance.
• Collaborate with the finance department to optimize profitability and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related field). Advanced degrees or certifications in business administration are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience , preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Demonstrated technical background with the ability to understand and guide complex engineering and production processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: AED17,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
