General Manager

• Looking for somebody who can join immediately and have ability to generate business.
• Overseeing the evaluation of high-value tenders, commercial risk analysis, variation orders, and claims mitigation.
• Approving major procurement decisions, vetting subcontractor appointments, and spearheading value-engineering initiatives to maximize profitability.
• Directing all building lifecycle phases including pre-construction feasibility, staging, scheduling, commissioning, and final handover.
• Planning the company's workforce hierarchy and structuring reporting lines between project sites and head offices. Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding critical senior staff including Project Managers, Chief Quantity Surveyors, HSE Heads, and Lead Engineers.
• Evaluating staff performance, training prospective leaders, and building a high-performance, ownership-driven working culture.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
