As the General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of Aveniya and play a key role in shaping our strategic direction. You will lead teams, optimize processes, and ensure the organization operates efficiently while delivering exceptional service. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and improve operational performance.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
Ensure the company meets financial targets and maintains fiscal responsibility.
Oversee daily operations and ensure high‑quality service delivery.
Maintain strong customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Support business growth and strengthen brand reputation.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
Identify and manage operational risks effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience, ideally within the relevant industry or sector.
Proven success in leading teams and improving operational processes.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial reports.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and comfort with data‑driven decision‑making.
Experience in change management or organizational development.
