Job Description
Homiyak Interiors is looking for a responsible and experienced General Manager cum Accountant to oversee daily office operations along with accounting and financial control. The role requires strong coordination skills, financial discipline, and the ability to support management in smooth business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and coordination between departments
- Monitor project progress, reporting, and documentation
- Ensure office systems, discipline, and reporting are followed
- Coordinate with Directors for approvals and decision support
- Support HR activities such as attendance, leave records, and staff coordination
Accounts & Finance
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain accounts, cash flow, and bank records
- Vendor payment coordination and expense control
- GST filing, returns, and compliance
- Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
- Maintain project-wise expense and profit tracking
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in accounts and office administration
- Strong knowledge of accounting, billing, GST, and documentation
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and departments
- Basic computer skills (Excel / Google Sheets / accounting software)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in interior, construction, or project-based companies
- Leadership and decision-support capability
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently with responsibility
