General Manager – Acoustics Division

Overview: Kinetics Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our Acoustics Division in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, profitability, operational excellence, and project delivery while strengthening the division's position as a leading provider of acoustic solutions in the GCC market.

This role requires a strategic leader with strong commercial, operational, and financial management capabilities, along with proven experience managing both sales and project execution functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and growth objectives.
• Lead business development, sales activities, and key client relationships to expand market presence and secure new opportunities.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Manage the division's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and cost control.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure operational excellence through effective coordination of sales, projects, procurement, and support functions while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Skills & Attributes Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, specialty contracting, MEP, fit-out, acoustic solutions, or related industries, including at least 5 years in a senior management or business leadership role.
• Proven experience managing sales, operations, project delivery, and overall business performance.
• Strong commercial, financial, and strategic management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and team development capabilities.
• Extensive GCC market experience is required; experience in acoustic contracting, fit-out, or technical building solutions will be an advantage.
