This role is responsible for enabling operational excellence, driving business growth initiatives, maximizing the value of national data, products, and services, and ensuring long-term sustainability aligned with national priorities.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and shape the Business Support & Development strategy and initiatives.

Drive institutional efficiency and operational sustainability.

Identify and evaluate new business, product, and service opportunities, assessing operational and economic feasibility.

Oversee major projects, performance reporting, and related data and analytics outputs.

Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure governance, compliance, and secure information flow to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

12–15 years of leadership experience in Business Development, Strategic Planning, Data & Analytics, or Institutional Enablement.

Experience in government entities or large-scale national initiatives.

Strong understanding of data governance, business models, and stakeholder management.
