General Manager – Change Management & Communication
Abdul Latif Jameel is seeking a
General Manager – Change Management & Communication
to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives across Corporate Technology and major business programs, with a strong focus on
digital and IT transformation
.
This role is accountable for ensuring that changes to systems, processes, structures, and ways of working are successfully adopted and sustained, enabling strategic programs to deliver their intended business value.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and govern change management strategies for large-scale digital and technology programs.

Drive stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, and adoption across corporate and business units.

Integrate structured change management methodologies into program and project lifecycles.

Conduct impact and readiness assessments; identify and manage resistance.

Partner closely with Program Directors, PMO, Project Managers, and IT leadership.

Build and manage a network of Change Champions across the organization.

Define and execute project-specific communication strategies aligned with corporate standards.

Measure effectiveness of change initiatives using adoption, readiness, and engagement metrics.

Support benefits realization and ensure changes deliver sustainable business outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Organizational Development, Engineering, or related field.

7–10 years of experience leading change management workstreams for large-scale programs, preferably within digital or IT transformations.

Proven experience in complex, multinational, matrix organizations.

Strong hands-on expertise in structured change methodologies (Prosci / ADKAR preferred).

Solid project and program management capabilities (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications are a plus).

Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.

Ability to use data and insights to steer change decisions and measure impact.
