Experience: 15+ years in Real Estate / Construction

Industry: Real Estate – Commercial Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end leadership of construction execution
• Project planning, team management & resource allocation
• Budget control, timeline tracking, and quality assurance
• Cross-functional coordination with internal teams and clients
• Building a high-performance, motivated construction team
• Setting up Proper Systems and processes.

Candidate Profile:

• B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 15–20 years of hands-on experience in real estate construction
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Flexible to travel to project sites.

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction management: 10 years (Preferred)
