General Manager / Factory Head | Established Manufacturing Company

We are looking for a senior Chartered Accountant ( India) with 10–15 years of experience who can manage and grow the business professionally.

This is a long-term leadership role for someone who wants to take responsibility for running a manufacturing company and developing it further.

This role is suitable for candidates who want to grow into a Business Head or CEO-level position.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will work directly with the owners and will be responsible for the overall management and growth of the company, including:

• Factory operations
• Finance and controls
• Systems and discipline
• Sales team management
• Business growth

This is a hands-on role, not a desk-only accounting position.

• Supervise factory staff and supervisors
• Ensure operational discipline
• Sales Team Management
• Manage and develop the sales team
• Set and monitor sales targets
• Improve market coverage
• Identify new customers and opportunities
• Support key customer relationships
• Drive revenue growth
• Finance & Controls
• Supervise accounts and MIS reporting
• Monitor cash flow and working capital
• Improve cost controls
• Inventory monitoring and controls
• VAT and audit coordination
• Systems & Organization
• Implement structured systems
• Improve reporting discipline
• Ensure accountability across departments
• Improve inventory management
• Reduce wastage and inefficiencies

Mandatory Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – India
• Minimum 10–15 years experience
• Experience managing teams of 10+ employees
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial companies
• Strong costing and financial control knowledge
• Strong leadership ability
• Good English communication skills

Salary & Benefits
