We’re looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead a bustling fast-casual restaurant in Burlington. You’ll oversee daily operations, mentor a growing team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for turning operations into profits, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15–30 staff members.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and safety.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and scheduling.
  • Optimize restaurant operations to meet financial and operational goals.
  • Maintain a positive, high-energy culture for both team and customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual or scratch kitchens.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team development.
  • Solid financial acumen and operational expertise.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Respect for cultural and dietary standards (experience with halal food a plus).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
