A well-established hospitality group is looking for a General Manager with strong F&B leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record running restaurants, cafés, or multi-unit operations, with the ability to drive performance, build high-standard service culture, and manage daily operations smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading overall operations across front-of-house and back-of-house.
  • Managing staff performance, scheduling, training, and development.
  • Overseeing food quality, service standards, and customer experience.
  • Monitoring budgets, P&L, cost control, inventory, and procurement.
  • Implementing operational systems and procedures to maximise efficiency.
  • Working closely with owners on strategy, targets, and growth plans.
  • Handling audits, hygiene standards, and compliance.
  • Leading marketing activations and driving revenue KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience specifically within F&B.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and improve performance.
  • Solid financial understanding (P&L, cost control, forecasting).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be currently working or have previously worked in F&B management.

Preferred:

  • Experience managing multiple outlets or high-volume operations.
  • Background in premium dining, cafés, or franchise environments.
