General Manager - F&B (Central Kitchen, Cake & Chocolate Shops)

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, profitability, and strategic direction of the central kitchen, cake shop, and chocolate retail operations. The role ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and team leadership across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all operational departments.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and business goals.
  • Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and profitability.
  • Ensure high standards of product quality and customer service.
  • Oversee production, retail, logistics, and supply chain operations.
  • Manage staffing, performance, and organizational development.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and legal regulations.
  • Drive sales growth, operational efficiency, and brand development.
  • Coordinate with senior management on expansion and business planning.
  • Oversee ERP implementation and operational process optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of management experience in F&B/Hospitality.
  • Experience managing central kitchen and retail food operations.
  • Strong leadership and business management skills.
  • Financial and operational planning experience.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and operational controls.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
