Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations. The role is responsible for driving business performance, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, and managing teams effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets.
- Drive revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Lead, train, and develop staff to deliver excellent service.
- Monitor performance, budgets, and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in F&B or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, financial, and operational management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and service standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- GCC experience preferred.
