General Manager – F&B Operations

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations. The role is responsible for driving business performance, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene, and managing teams effectively

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets.
  • Drive revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
  • Lead, train, and develop staff to deliver excellent service.
  • Monitor performance, budgets, and operational efficiency.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in F&B or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, financial, and operational management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and service standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • GCC experience preferred.
