Job Description

We are hiring a General Manager to take complete ownership of our Fire Fighting business in Bahrain, covering Active & Passive Fire Protection systems.

This role carries full P&L responsibility and requires a leader who can drive sales, close major projects, manage operations, and grow the business. If your experience is limited to coordination or partial responsibilities, do not apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive business growth, revenue, and profitability (P&L)
• Lead sales and business development for Active & Passive Fire Protection
• Close high-value projects with developers, contractors, and consultants
• Oversee tendering, operations, project execution, and approvals
• Build, lead, and hold accountable a high-performing sales & operations team
• Ensure compliance with Civil Defence and international standards
• Manage key accounts, contracts, and negotiations end-to-end

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in Fire Fighting systems (Active & Passive)
• Proven record in sales growth and project execution
• Strong market network (contractors, developers, authorities)
• Experience handling large-scale projects and key accounts
• Strong commercial, contractual, and leadership skills
