A General Manager (GM) in a perfume company is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the company's profitability and growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting strategic goals: Aligning the company's vision with the market and internal capabilities.
  • Overseeing daily operations: Ensuring efficiency and productivity across all departments.
  • Managing resources: Allocating human and physical resources effectively.
  • Team building and development: Recruiting, training, and developing a skilled workforce.
  • Financial management: Creating and overseeing budgets, monitoring financial performance, and making investment decisions.
  • Strategic planning: Formulating and implementing long-term strategies to achieve the company's objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.
