Job Overview

The General Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing all operational, design, and project execution activities of the organization. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence to ensure high-quality interior project delivery, client satisfaction, and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project operations from design finalization to on-site execution.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for all ongoing and upcoming interior projects.
• Coordinate with the design, procurement, site, and accounts teams for smooth workflow.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the expected quality standards.
• Implement efficient project management processes and monitor overall progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors.
• Review team performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Drive business growth through operational efficiency and strategic planning.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, timelines, and compliance requirements.
• Report regularly to the Director with project and business updates.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Management.
• 57 years of experience in the interior design, construction, or project management domain.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in client handling and vendor coordination.
