Manage and grow the International Wholesale Voice & SMS business portfolio with full revenue ownership.
Secure and close Revenue Commitment Deals with International partners on Wholesale & retail Destinations.
Supervising cross-functional operations across Sales, Rates, Billing, and technical teams to ensure smooth business performance.
Establish new interconnects with Tier-1 retail operators and aggregators.
Conduct feasibility analysis, contract negotiations, rate discussions, and interconnect testing.
Supervise routing decisions to ensure cost.
Lead strategic initiatives and evaluate new wholesale business models aligned with company objectives.
Lead weekly performance meetings with the Sales team, reviewing accounts progress, collecting market feedback, and driving the team towards target achievement.
Develop and execute revenue plans, budgets, and performance targets in line with company strategy.
Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with operators and vendors across international markets.
Maintain LDI infrastructure and network stability.
Liaise with Regulatory and Legal teams to ensure full compliance and effective contract governance across LDI operations.
Ensure successful completion of regulatory compliance visits.
Maintain close coordination with LDIs, Mobile Operators, and their respective POCs for effective rate & quota management.
Ensure the compilation and timely submission of daily and quarterly reports, as well as CDRs, to the Regulatory department.
Responsible for P&L management and presenting performance updates to senior management.
