About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and drive the strategic success of Katoomba Views Care Community.

• Be fully accountable for the care community's performance across care quality, financial results, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, staff, and the local community.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement through effective processes and your dedicated leadership team.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a service-driven environment (aged care, health, hospitality, or community sectors).
• A natural ability to inspire, engage, and develop teams, creating a culture where people can be their best.
• A strong commercial and financial acumen, paired with an unwavering passion for delivering exceptional quality care.
• Exceptional communication skills and a visible, hands on leadership style.
• A deep understanding of quality frameworks, regulatory standards, and risk management.
