General Manager – Landscape Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing General Manager to lead and scale our landscape operations in the Tempe market. This role is responsible for overseeing all branch operations, driving profitability, leading teams, and delivering exceptional service to commercial and residential clients.

The ideal candidate is a strong operator with leadership experience in landscaping, construction, or field service businesses, and a track record of managing P&L and growing revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, including production, maintenance, and enhancements
• Manage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Lead, coach, and develop field managers, crews, and office staff
• Drive revenue growth through client retention, upselling, and new business opportunities
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Implement systems, processes, and KPIs to improve efficiency and accountability
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation across multiple crews
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Collaborate with ownership/executive team on strategic growth initiative Qualifications
• 5+ years of leadership experience in landscaping, construction, or similar field service business

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 depending on experience
