GENERAL MANAGER - LOGISTICS

Mondial Logistics is seeking an accomplished General Manager – LOGISTICS to lead our logistics division. The role involves overseeing the full spectrum of freight forwarding operations, driving business expansion, and ensuring compliance with international and UAE trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee air, sea and land freight operations, ensuring smooth end-to-end execution.
• Develop and implement business strategies to expand market share and achieve financial targets.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with airlines, shipping lines, agents, and global networks.
• Supervise import/export operations, customs clearance, and documentation accuracy.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service quality across departments.
• Lead sales and operations teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and overall performance reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of freight forwarding experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong background in freight forwarding, with multimodal logistics exposure.
• Proven track record in business development and operations management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/Freight Management Systems and MS Office.
