General Manager - Luxury Hotel

General Manager - 5 Star Heritage Luxury Hotel (Alexandria).

Salary: EGP 35,000 - 50,000 + Monthly Bonuses + Full Benefits Package.

We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead a prestigious 5-star heritage luxury hotel in Alexandria under a well-established hospitality group.

Role Overview:
The General Manager will be fully responsible for driving profitability, operational excellence, and brand positioning of a high-end heritage property.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all hotel operations (Rooms, F&B, Sales, Finance, HR).
Maximize Revenue, ADR & Occupancy.
Enhance guest experience to 5-star luxury standards.
Develop and execute strategic business plans.
Drive international market exposure (OTA, Corporate, Tour Operators).
Control costs while improving GOP performance.
Build and lead a high-performance management team.

Requirements:

Minimum 1520 years experience in 5-star hotels.
Proven track record as Hotel Manager / General Manager.
Strong background in heritage or luxury hospitality is a plus.
Expertise in revenue management & hotel KPIs.
Strong leadership & team-building skills.
Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
